I Am Autism I Am Autism I Am Autism - Helen Costantino

This short book is is simplistic yet its sentences have weight. Every page touches something I know about autism and feelings that are encountered. It is as if the author stepped inside an autistic life and tried to explain how it felt.

Touch, sound, confusion, frustration, the way others judge... the concepts are universal and make the reader think. It should help parents, teachers and friends understand what autism can include and gives hope and encouragement to accept that being different can be a gift.

Written from an Empathtic Prospective - DS

This is an outstanding book. As I read each page, I identified with the statements and feelings of my dear relative.

The author, Jimmy Huston has captured the love, emotion and frustration of autism. This is a must read for all who are involved in the educational system or anyone who knows an autistic person.
